The hotel offers modern, clean, and well-equipped rooms but they have a cigarette smoke smell and feel small. The service is exceptional with staff going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The location is convenient, although the area is rough. The dining experience is good, but noise from the overcrowded pool can be disruptive.

The hotel has a very clean and comfy room that unfortunately had a persistent smell. It's located near the Freeway and downtown, but with a surrounding area that attracts quite assertive homeless persons. The service was efficient and professional, but a waiver about car responsibility was required. The dining options were limited for specific dietary needs, and the early hours might not suit everyone.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quiet and clean with professional and friendly staff, but unfortunately, there was a horrible mold smell late at night that affected my health. The service, however, was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff allowing me to keep my car at the hotel until midday on my check-out date. The location seemed nice but somewhat unsafe, not ideal for taking walks around the area. The dining experience was suitable for those with dietary restrictions, but some areas needed improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks to consider.
